Judy Scruggs
Director of Operations

Judy Scruggs joins The HUB leadership team as Director of Operations. Ms. Judy served many years in administration at The Monarch Institute, and most recently, at NAMI Greater Houston, as Director of Operations. Her work with the neurodiverse population is near to her heart, having a grandson on the Autism Spectrum.

Judy is an incredible addition to our team and we are so happy to have her lend her skills to The HUB as we move into our next chapter of growth. In her spare time, Judy enjoys traveling to the Country Home she and her husband, Jerry, share. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters, their husbands, and with her 3 grandsons, Jacob, Rowan and Zachary.
