Kipp W. Baxter received her B.A. at Louisiana State University. She has called Houston her home for the past 37 years. She has embraced the diversity and giving spirit of the community and has served on several arts boards and committees, most recently including DACAMERA and Performing Arts Houston ECI Committee. Her career has spanned across the financial industry to not-for-profit organizations. She is thrilled to join the team of The HUB Houston and is excited to lend her expertise in development and community engagement to this exciting organization.
