Kipp W. Baxter received her B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University. She has called Houston her home for the past 42 years. She embraces the diversity and giving spirit of our community. Kipp has served on several arts boards and committees, most recently including DACAMERA Advisory Board and Performing Arts Houston ECI Committee. Her career has spanned across the financial industry to not-for-profit organizations. She is thrilled to be a part of the team of The HUB Houston and is excited to lend her expertise in development and community engagement to this exciting organization.
